Problem Statement
A lot of Patients need a way to book health homecare services without waiting.
We will know this to be true once users have a platform
Goal
The goal is to make booking healthcare home services easier and much quicker. The whole intention of this project is to create solutions for users/patients who are looking for in-home care whether it is nursing, Home health aides, physical therapy, or CDPAP (Consumer Direct Personal Assistant Program). Users can book their services before their current location.
User Personas
Target audience
Mainly recommended for senior citizens 65 or older. All ages are applicable. Any person who is working a 9-5, adults who are looking for healthcare for their elderly parents. This is for Patients who are looking for Pediatrics care, post-operation care, Physical therapy, etc. This is also recommended for kids with autism or any special needs.

Learnings
I was very delighted to have worked on this app as I learned that this is one of the easiest ways to book home health care. Having an autistic brother has been an inspiration for creating this app since one of the services provides support & care for children with special needs. My design process did involve asking a couple of doctors family & friends how booking medical services works which made it easier and inspired me in my design process.
I decided to design a total of four main screens which are the Search, Home, Location & Profile as it is considered to be easier for users who need medical care. I even took the liberty of auditing some other apps similar to booking health care as it inspired me on how to create designs to make the screens look more appealing and easy to use.
