Project Overview
Data Fabric is a cloud-native, enterprise data management platform that aggregates all data received by Equifax into a single environment on the Equifax Cloud applications. This platform allows the rapid delivery of multi-data solutions that drives predictability and higher approval rates, lower losses, and higher performance for the customers of Equifax.( to know more view: https://www.equifax.com/about-equifax/why-equifax/data-fabric/)
Problem Statement
Many users of the current Equifax Data Fabric Application express frustration due to cumbersome navigation and lack of intuitive features. This has resulted in a significant increase in customer support inquiries leading to higher operational costs for the company.
All the Data Stewards at Equifax expressed their urgent need for a way to extract data and files in a timely manner and understand how the data is processed and if the data went through or if they need to troubleshoot it.
Final Design
Outcome
1. Successfully implemented the Prototypes across all 37 branches of Equifax in the United states.
2. 5,000 employees at Equifax are using the Data Fabric Platform.
3. Increased Application engagement by 15% and User Satisfaction by 20%.
4. My former team members took my inspiration of User Research including Interviews, Surveys, and Usability testing for future projects within Equifax.
