Background
Hello My name is Aditya Akkapeddi and I am a passionate UX/UI Designer with more than 3 years of experience in the Product developmentfield. I also hold educational background in Music. I have a Master's Degree in Music Composition for Film & TV From Kingston University, UK in 2018 along with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Vocal Performance from Middlesex University. I worked as a freelance Musician working at studios assisting film composers, performing gigs with bands, and making musical covers that I uploaded on YouTube and Instagram.
Why UX Design?
As I was working in Companies including Pixetron, Harman, and Casio I continued to pursue my passion for music by performing and making cover videos on YouTube & Instagram, however, I understood that if I wanted to excel working in the corporate world I should be able to do a job that aligns with my creative background in Music and I did some research and came across UX Design. I even worked as a Customer Service Representative at Casio where I had the opportunity to communicate with Customers on a daily basis through phone calls, chats, and emails and gather their feedback and Pain Points based on the products that Casio sells. This experience helped me in developing my ability to solve Users' Problems.
